Entrance to Property
The entrance to the property has a small step to the front door. This step ranges from 2.5cm in height to 5cm, with a depth of 34cm. There is then a 15cm cill immediately in front of the door.
The door dimensions are standard, and it opens inwards onto a hall. This leads directly into the living area, with the kitchen off the dining area, separated with a door. There is a step down into the kitchen - approx 30cm. The kitchen has access to a small decked outside sitting area through a door, which is an Emergency Exit, which is standard size, opening inwards.
Upstairs
The stairs are narrower and steeper than a modern building, in common with it's age. There is a turn at the top leading to a small landing with 2 bedrooms and shower room off. The main bedroom has a standard sized double bed. The shower room has a sliding door to access the shower and a cill of approx 20cm. The bunk bed room has an external door which is an Emergency Exit opening outwards leading to the roof terrace - there is a step down of 15cm onto the decked terrace. The roof terrace has secure railings all around.
